MisdyRecipes is a collection of simple, healthy, and creative recipes — perfect for kids, parents, and teachers. We cook together with Leopold, learn English in a playful way, and explore new flavors.

2️⃣ Are the recipes suitable for beginners?

Yes! All recipes are kid-friendly, easy to follow, and don’t require complicated ingredients or kitchen tools.

3️⃣ Can these recipes be used in the classroom?

 Absolutely! Many recipes are designed for teaching — with step-by-step instructions, fun activities, and English vocabulary. Some recipes require a stove, but you can choose alternatives if you prefer. 

4️⃣ What ingredients do I need?

We use natural, seasonal, and healthy ingredients — mostly macrobiotic, whole-food, and easy to find in stores.

5️⃣ How is English learned while cooking?

 While cooking, children learn words for ingredients, colors, numbers, and actions. They listen, speak, and repeat naturally while actively participating. They stay very motivated because there’s a goal: sharing the food at the end! 

6️⃣ Do I need special kitchen equipment?

No. Most recipes only need basic kitchen tools: a pot, pan, spoon, and cutting board.
